Steve Green, VP of Business Development
Steve had over 28 years’ of mechanical and commissioning experience when he fulfilled his interest in operating an independent commissioning and start-up company by co-founding OTS in 2005.
He is a Journeyman Industrial Mechanic and also studied at St. Francis Xavier University, towards a Bachelor of Arts degree. Steve leads all business development activities for OTS, seeking opportunities and building long term relationships with clients. He liaises actively with clients to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of projects while also maintaining indirect relationships with project site staff to ensure logistics and other contractual items related to projects are being performed efficiently and effectively.
John Boudreau, Director of Sales and Business Development
John comes to OTS with more than 13 years of sales and management experience in the Oil & Gas, Resource Mining and Industrial markets. As the Director of Sales and Business Development, John is responsible for establishing strategies and tactics for sales activities for OTS’s primary and growth markets for North America. John has completed a number of professional sales and management courses, and plans to pursue an Executive MBA at Athabasca University.
Headquartered in Calgary, AB, John is also the primary sales & business development contact for OTS’s Western Operations. His strategic approach and customer focus drives John to determine the goals and needs of the client or project, and formulate a solution which ensures a win for all stakeholders.
